SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY
Purchases are final. Exchanges and credits are accepted until 15 days after the item is received. Customers must contact email@example.com for a Return Authorization number prior to return. Sale or discounted items, or custom, altered, or personalized items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable. Item must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned or exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
We will not accept returns and are not responsible for Azraa. items purchased from other retailers.
Domestic Customers: All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.
Shipping time will be 1-4 Business Days working days by standard shipping and 2-4 working days by express shipping. Shipping Time does not include a 2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. AZRAA will make every effort to deliver your package as as soon as possible. We are working with our vendors to try and expedite the process. We hope you can understand.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit. But, we will replace the item.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at AZRAA, and will incur a reshipment fee.
