How long will my order take to process and ship?
Great question! Your order takes around 1-3 days to process and ship. Most times we process and ship within 2 days! Crazy fast, huh?

Where is Azraa based?

We're based out of Houston, Texas!

Can I expedite my accessories?
At this moment, we only have 1 shipping option because we process orders 1-3 days - including weekends. If your order Friday, you'll get your tracking number by Sunday at the latest, meaning it's already been dropped off and on it's way to you. 

How can I pay for my order?

Azraa currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. All options are available at check out. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, but if you change your mind and want to change your order, please email Shop@azraa.co. We will do our very best to make sure you get the accessory of your choice!

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! We want to make it right! Our team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Contact us and we will have whatever option you're comfortable with.
